Media personnel interested in covering Ai-Kon are asked to provide the following information:
- Number of press passes required
- Name(s)
- Title(s)
- E-mail(s)
- Phone number(s)
- Outlet name and type (i.e. newspaper, magazine, etc.)
- Website URL
- Days/Times attending
Please send requests to vendors@ai-kon.org by July 15, 2010. If you are unable to register in advance, you must present at least two of the following at the registration desk to qualify for Ai-Kon press pass:
- A business card for your media outlet bearing your name and title
- A masthead bearing your name and title
- A by-lined article published within the past 6 months
- A letter of assignment from your editor/publisher
Photo identification must be presented at the convention to obtain your press pass. Press passes will not be mailed, but will be available at the Ai-Kon registration table. All applicants will be notified as to the status of their requests. Passes are issued and may be revoked at the sole discretion of Ai-Kon. Failure to abide by convention policies will result in the revocation of your pass.
